Check Your Eligibility
Check if your employer has enabled expense benefits — look in your Actify account under 'My Benefits' or ask your HR team.
Complete a Qualifying Activity
Complete a qualifying activity — yoga, gym session, wellness class, group fitness, or any other approved activity.
Upload Your Receipt
Take a photo of your receipt and upload it in the Actify app under 'Submit Expense.' Photo or PDF — both work.
HR Reviews Your Submission
Your HR team reviews and approves the submission. They see a clean dashboard of all pending and approved expenses.
Get Reimbursed
Reimbursement is processed according to your company's payroll or expense cycle. That's it — done.

Qualifying activities depend on what your employer has approved, but typically include these categories.
Fitness & Sports
Gym memberships, yoga classes, personal training sessions, sports equipment, and fitness subscriptions.
Wellness
Meditation apps, wellness workshops, nutrition counselling, mental health resources, and wellness retreats.
Group Activities
